“PeopleaskmehowitispossiblethatJewsdidnotretaliate,didnotfightagainsttheGermans,”Frankelsaid.“JewsinEuropewereconsideredtobespiritualpeople.Someweremerchants.Thevastmajorityhadnothingtodowithrifles.Theydidnotevenknowwhatariflelookslike,nottomentionusingit.”
